How The Plan Works:

Fuel

Proper nutrition is the first step in obtaining your health goals. While following Rejuv4Life you eat from a structured meal plan filled with good fats, smart carbs and lean protein.  Working towards “Fully Conscious Eating” you’ll become more aware of the options you have and fully understand and accept that the decisions you make influence your health and well-being.

Mindset

Put your obstacles into perspective, retire your excuses and start owning the changes you want to see in your life. We all have a different story. Put simply, there is no one-size-fits-all approach to achieving a healthy lifestyle. Through Individual Health Coaching, the goal is to find a solution for you that fits into your daily routine and that compliments your distinctive nature.

Move

Movement is a must in the total health equation. We all know that we need exercise but how much and what kind?  Our Medical Fitness Specialist will guide you through safe, progressive exercise focused on Functional Fitness.  Our programs go beyond “gym fit” creating a comprehensive workout plan to burn fat, boost energy and help you feel happier in your own skin.

Clinical Support

Although losing weight might be your number one goal, there’s more “weight” to being healthy than just a number on the scale. We measure success through an initial Health Risk Assessment and continue by monitoring your physical and as well as internal health changes you progress.

Connect

Bottom line, significant weight-loss produces dramatic changes in your life. By attending support groups as part of a comprehensive weight-loss program you will lose more weight than doing it alone.
