Rejuv Medical’s Physical Therapist Is Inducted Into The Hall Of Fame!
Brittney (Johnson) Braegelmann is a 2003 graduate from Tech High School. Braegelmann’s athletic honors while at Tech were being a 4 year letter winner in swimming where she was captain, co-MVP, All Conference, and a state qualifier in 200 free relay. In basketball, she saw great success as a 4 year letter winner and 3 year starter for the Tigers. Her many awards in basketball included MVP, All Conference, All Area, and All State. She was also a 1000 point scorer and a 2003 All Star player. Her team awards were the spirit award, best defense, the hustle award, leading scorer, and most assists and steals. Her athletic accomplishments were also outstanding in softball where she was a 3 year letter winner, 3 year starter, 2 year captain, All Conference, All Star Player, and All Area. In addition to her athletic achievements, Braegelmann participated in choir, was 5th overall in her graduating class of over 430 students, graduated with high honors, and was academic all-state in both basketball and softball. Braegelmann went on to play softball at the College of Saint Benedict’s where she All-Conference, Captain, MIAC Academic All-Conference. At Saint Benedict’s, Braegelmann earned her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with a minor in sports medicine in 2007. In 2010, she received her degree as a doctor of physical therapy from St. Catherine University. In 2013, she became a board certified specialist in sports physical therapy from Fairview Sports Physical Therapy Residency. She currently lives in Cold Spring with her husband Jeremy, and she works as a physical therapy manager at Rejuv Medical. She says one of her greatest highlights is to be the first uncle/niece duo inductees in Tech’s Hall of Fame. Check out the story on WJON.
